Project Description
The Cadmine engineering team were contracted to make some major upgades to a clients Bulldozer blade and arms before it was put to work for South 32 in the great southern. A bigger blade was required to get the job done.
What was the challenge for the client?
A new tender was accepted and issued to Stacey Contracting with limited time to have the equipment on site.
Providing solutions from start to the end
The project consisted of modifying Komatsu arms and blades to fit the Cat dozer, the blade was increased in size and strengthened.
Our professional draft and scanning staff ran the scanner over what was needed, from here DXF files were created and ordered for the blade, arms, grill and rear transmission plate.
The new Grill, extensions to the arm and blade extensions were, manufactured, painted and installed to complete the project.
